|ServiceCloud||Checks objects in ServiceCloud using the given SOQL query in the attribute SALESFORCE_SC_QUERY. It will create a new service check for every SALESFORCE_SC_QUERY.|
Setup and Configuration
Step 1: Add the host template
Add the Cloud - Service Cloud Host Template to your Opsview Monitor host.
For more information, refer to Opsview Knowledge Center - Adding Host Templates to Hosts.
Step 2: Configure the required variables for the host
|SALESFORCE_AUTH||Within the override of this variable, you will need to provide a valid SalesForceToken, Client key and Client secret. If you do not have these on hand, please contact your SalesForce administrator.|
|SALESFORCE_LOGIN||Provide credentials for a Salesforce.com accound, overriding both the Username and Password|
|SALESFORCE_SC_QUERY||Override the SOQL query with your SOQL (Salesforce Query Language) query. Add an instance of this variable for each query you wish to run.|
