Infrastructure-as-code discipline, continuous integration, deployment automation accelerate releases. Containerisation enables dependency isolation, component immutability, workload compactness, infrastructure streamlining and fast starts; while container orchestration provides high availability, autoscaling, infrastructure federation and other benefits.
