Juniper EX monitoring using Juniper Netscreen - Memory utilisation

Experts,

I am new to opsview, and I was able to set up basic monitoring using SNMP for Juniper switches. I see one problems:

For Juniper Netscreen - memory utilization this is down - CRITICAL - 0KB free memory The other two are woking just fine.

-H $HOSTADDRESS$ -C $SNMP_COMMUNITY$ -v $SNMP_VERSION$ -p $SNMP_PORT$ -U $SNMPV3_USERNAME$ -P $SNMPV3_AUTHPASSWORD$ -a $SNMPV3_AUTHPROTOCOL$ -e $SNMPV3_PRIVPROTOCOL$ -x $SNMPV3_PRIVPASSWORD$

 check_snmp_netscreen_mem -H '10.2.5.13' -C XXcommunityXX -v 2c -p 161 -U '' -P XXauthpasswordXX -a '' -e '' -x XXprivpasswordXX Output: CRITICAL - 0KB free memory|freemem=0KB Errors: Argument "noSuchObject" isn't numeric in division (/) at /opt/opsview/monitoringscripts/plugins/check_snmp_netscreen_mem line 94. Return code: 2

Any thoughts?

You may get a faster response

You may get a faster response to questions from the community slave channel: https://slack-community.opsview.com/

Looking at the plugin the SNMP OID being used is: .1.3.6.1.4.1.3224.16.2.2.0  Are you able to do an 'snmpget' against this oid on the device?  What version of the firmeare do you have on the device?  Are other devices you have of the same type working or is this the only one?

It may be you are using a newer firmware than we have been able to test and the OID might possibly have changed.
