upgrading debian squeeze

I am trying to update a damaged opsview core to opsview atom.  I followed all the setup steps, but when it get to "apt-get install opsview"

it says:

+ . /usr/local/nagios/bin/profile
/etc/init.d/opsview-web: line 224: /usr/local/nagios/bin/profile: No such file or directory
invoke-rc.d: initscript opsview-web, action "start" failed.
dpkg: error while cleaning up:

How do you mean 'damaged

How do you mean 'damaged Opsview core'? Is there anything in the logs?

rebuilding opsview core

Yeah, I had a running opsview core on this machine, and when I tried to upgrade it failed and now I can't reinstall core. (and no backup, of course).

So I have lots of the configs, a good database, but no opsview to run it.  I thought I could install atom and get back to a running system.

Its hard to suggest anything

Its hard to suggest anything without any specifics, i.e. error messages, log files, terminal output, etc.
