Manual installation issue : Failed to generate configuration

Hello,

I am trying to install Opsview Atom Edition on a RHEL 7.1 with no internet connexion.

I followed this procedure : http://docs.opsview.com/doku.php?id=opsview4.6:rpm-installation_for_vers...

The installation went well, and I am now following this procedure for the post installation tasks : https://knowledge.opsview.com/articles/opsview-monitor-501/32235-post-in...

I configured all the mySQL tables with no errors, but I am stuck at this point :

Generate all the configuration files
Next, you will need to generate all the necessary configuration files. To do this, simply run the command below:

/usr/local/nagios/bin/rc.opsview gen_config

This does not work for me, the configuration files are not created. I searched for hours but I was not able to find a solution. I also deinstalled and reinstalled Opsview.

Here is the error output :

Critical: Cannot open keyfile: No such file or directory at (eval 10) line 132.
Critical: Cannot open keyfile: No such file or directory at (eval 10) line 132.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /usr/local/nagios/bin/nagconfgen.pl line 6.
Cannot open keyfile: No such file or directory at (eval 10) line 132.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /usr/local/nagios/bin/nagconfgen.pl line 6.
Failed to generate configuration

I also tried to run Opsview but opsview-web cannot start.

You are welcome if you have any idea how to solve this issue.

It seems your installation

It seems your installation did not generate the /usr/local/nagios/etc/sw.key file.  You can recreate this file by running /usr/local/nagios/installer/sw-make_keys as nagios

Do you have the full logs from the installation?  I would like to look over them and see why this file was not created.
