We're using Opsview Enterprise 4.6.0.
When a "normal" check detects a critical, an email is sent out using the template com.opsview.notificationmethods.email.tt.
A BSM check, however, appears to be using the template com.opsview.notificationmethods.email.opsview.tt.
The first one uses [% nagios.longdatetime %], the latter [% opsview.longdatetime %].
This causes emails sent through the first template to display our local timezone ( CEST), while the emails that use the ....opsview.tt template display UTC.
I have loooked at about every option to correct this from within Opsview, but couldn't find anything.
1) Can anyone explain why BSM emails are sent using anouther template ?
2) Is there another (generic) way to change BSM emails to also display local timezone, instead of UTC, apart from editing the template ?
