I registered yesterday but haven't received the key emails. I tried to re-register today, and it does acknowledge my email is already registered. I checked spam folder but still no key.
Can you confirm if the software key has now come through okay?
I have not yet rcvd an email with the software key. I did a webchat and rcvd it there.
I was able to start monitoring on Friday, then on Tuesday moved the monitoring machine to it's final destination, and am again prompted to activate, and now it refuses that same software key. Any clues how to resolve, or should I scrap OpsView and pursue other solutions?
The software key is tied to your mac address and hostname. If either of these change then the key needs to be revalidated.
I have checked your key (starting with '55e42630') and there is still an activation available on there for you. What error do you get when you attempt to activate using this key?
For future reference, the Opsview license daemon was restarted (opsviewmd) and then the license started working correctly
