Installed report module but can't see the stardard reports

Hello everyone.

Well I installed the report module. I think I did it according to the manual.

But when go to the report page I cannot see the standard reports which should be there, at least they are there in the tutoral.

looking at the jasperserver.log I get this stack trace when I stop/start the service:

2014-05-13 14:14:52,611 ERROR JNDIResourceProvider,localhost-startStop-1:75 - error closing context javax.naming.OperationNotSupportedException: Context is read only         at org.apache.naming.NamingContext.checkWritable(         at org.apache.naming.NamingContext.close(         at com.tonbeller.tbutils.res.JNDIResourceProvider.close(         at com.tonbeller.tbutils.res.CompositeResourceProvider.close(         at com.tonbeller.tbutils.res.ResourcesFactory.initialize(         at com.tonbeller.tbutils.res.ResourcesFactory.<init>(         at com.tonbeller.tbutils.res.ResourcesFactory.<clinit>(         at com.tonbeller.tbutils.res.ResourcesFactoryContextListener.contextInitialized(         at org.apache.catalina.core.StandardContext.listenerStart(         at org.apache.catalina.core.StandardContext.startInternal(         at org.apache.catalina.util.LifecycleBase.start(         at org.apache.catalina.core.ContainerBase.addChildInternal(         at org.apache.catalina.core.ContainerBase.addChild(         at org.apache.catalina.core.StandardHost.addChild(         at org.apache.catalina.startup.HostConfig.deployDirectory(         at org.apache.catalina.startup.HostConfig$         at java.util.concurrent.Executors$         at         at java.util.concurrent.ThreadPoolExecutor.runWorker(         at java.util.concurrent.ThreadPoolExecutor$         at   I don't know what this means and if it is related. hope someone can help me out.   Thanks.

What was the reply from

What was the reply from Support on this?  I'm seeing the exact same error in the Jasperserver log, and no user--including 'admin'--is able to see reports or the 'Data Sources' tree in the left-hand menu column.

I opened a Support Incident,

I opened a Support Incident, and was guided to perform the Jasperserver DB postinstall steps once more.  That corrected the problem.
