Opsview Monitor 6.1 offers improved, bidirectional integration with ServiceNow Incident Management, part of ServiceNow’s IT Service Management suite. This integration is now built in and no longer requires separate installation of the Service Desk Connector software module. Instructions for configuring ServiceNow integration in Opsview 6.1 can be found here.
For versions of Opsview Monitor earlier than 6.1, installation of Service Desk Connector for ServiceNow integration is still a prerequisite.
