OTRS Service Desk Connector
Before configuring this notification method, you need to install the service desk connector module. See the documentation here.
The OTRS API requires configuration to allow the creation and updating of tickets. This requires at least OTRS 3.1.
- Download the configuration yml file from the following URL: https://s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/opsview-readme-io/GenericTicketConnector.yml
- Log in to OTRS as an administrator, and navigate to Admin -> System Administration-> Web Services
- Click 'Add web service', then 'Import web service'
- Browse to the downloaded yml file to select
- Click 'Import'
