About Opsview
Opsview delivers business-powered monitoringTM without the complexity or expense of proprietary software. This integrated and commercially-supported open source product gives you a simplified deployment experience, a single console for managing and monitoring distributed deployments, and a comprehensive view of your IT infrastructure.
With Opsview you can say goodbye to ridiculous costs, apathetic support, scale out issues, delayed projects and pricing that only a rocket scientist can understand.
Platform Support
Opsview supports a wide range of platforms including all of the most popular operating systems and leading application servers like JBoss®, Glassfish, Tomcat, WebSphere®, WebLogic® and Microsoft® .Net.
How do I get hold of it?
Opsview has two editions - Opsview Enterprise edition and Opsview Community edition
Both editions use the same codebase, so upgrading from Opsview Community edition to Opsview Enterprise edition is easy.
Who uses it?
Opsview has been deployed in over 25,000 organisations in over 180 countries. Global brands such as Telefonica, Allianz and Electronic Arts have turned to Opsview for Business-Powered Monitoring of their datacenters.
If it's Open Source why should I bother paying for it?
Well the truth is you get extraordinary performance for free using Opsview Community edition. However, most enterprises want the assurance of a hardened, certified release with the security of our professional support services to back them up when they need help. If you're using Opsview in a production environment you should be using Opsview Enterprise edition.
Opsview Enterprise edition customers also have access to our range of Enterprise Modules such as Reports, SMS Messaging, Service Desk Connector and Netaudit (RANCID).
How's Opsview different from Nagios?

- APIs for configuration, monitoring and notification
- Fully integrated and fully supported Nagios Core extensions such as NRPE, Nagvis and Nagios Graph
