Opsera acquires Altinity Limited. Joint team to drive Opsview to next level of success

Opsera Limited, a leading provider of Open Source software and services, today announced the acquisition of Altinity Limited, developer of the award winning Opsview data centre monitoring software. This acquisition allows Opsera to broaden our product portfolio, acquire over 25 active clients and adds the experienced Altinity team to Opsera's staff. It provides new cross-selling opportunities into the joint customer base and cost savings through reduced administration overheads.

Opsview is Open Source, enterprise-grade data centre monitoring software developed by Altinity Limited over the last five years and based on the popular Nagios project - an Open Source monitoring framework already used in thousands of enterprises worldwide.
