Roadmap
This roadmap describes our current plans for the new features that we will be introducing into Opsview future releases. The purpose of the roadmap is to set a clear direction for the benefit of all those using and developing Opsview, so that you can anticipate when new features will be available and make suggestions for further enhancements not currently on the roadmap.
Principles
- New functionality will be introduced in Opsview Community first, then incorporated into Opsview Enterprise when mature
- A process of continuous feedback, review and refinement will be adopted
- New items of functionality will be added to the roadmap as existing roadmap items are completed and released
- Development of new features can also be sponsored (i.e. paid development)and will then be incorporated in the next major release
- The roadmap will extend 12 months ahead of the current release
- New roadmap items will be announced at the discretion of the Opsview project team
